With its 51 rare disease competence centers and 3 reference centers, Grenoble University Hospital is a recognized national player in the research and treatment of rare diseases. The creation of the Commission for Rare Diseases (COMARE) is a response to the DGOS’s request to federate rare disease expertise platforms within institutions or geographical areas.
