The MaRIH network supports 12 applications for rare disease reference centers


In response to the national call for proposals for the accreditation of “CRMR” centers of reference for the management of rare diseases, MaRIH supported 12 applications in January:

– Renewal of certification for 9 centers:

  • Autoimmune cytopenias in children “CEREVANCE” coordinated by Pr Perel (Bordeaux)
  • Adult autoimmune cytopenias “CeReCAI” coordinated by Pr Godeau (Créteil)
  • Medullary aplasia coordinated by Pr Peffault de Latour (Paris)
  • Histiocytoses coordinated by Pr Tazi (Paris)
  • Mastocytoses coordinated by Pr Hermine (Paris)
  • Thrombotic microangiopathies by Pr Coppo (Paris)
  • Angioedemas “CREAK” coordinated by Pr Bouillet (Grenoble)
  • Inherited immune deficiencies “CEREDIH” coordinated by Pr Fischer (Paris)
  • Primary amyloidosis and other monoclonal immunoglobulin diseases coordinated by Pr Jaccard (Limoges)

– And the proposal of 3 new centers:

  • Castleman’s disease coordinated by Pr Oksenhendler (Paris)
  • Chronic neutropenia coordinated by Dr Donadieu (Paris)
  • Hypereosinophilic syndrome coordinated by Dr Kahn (Suresnes).

The official list of candidates selected by the Ministry of Health is expected in May-June 2017.
